2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility

To register and use baji8 live, you must be 21 or older as required under Bangladeshi rules. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening accounts, and any such account will be closed at any time.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address or payment method will result in all such accounts being permanently closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

2.4 Account Security

Do not share your login credentials, password or OTP with anyone. You are personally responsible for any unauthorized use of your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact support immediately.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

baji8 live currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳300. Once funds are credited to your account, they are added to your gaming balance instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and the mobile number must be verified on the account.

3.3 Financial Verification

3.4 Currency

4.2 Weekly Deposit Gift

Under the baji8 live weekly deposit gift, a 20% bonus is available on any deposit made on any working day each week, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement is 18 times, with a minimum deposit of ৳300.

4.3 Cricket Festival Bonus

The baji8 live Cricket Festival Bonus gives a 30% bonus on deposits intended for betting in the cricket section, up to ৳8,000. Wagering is 20 times, with a minimum deposit of ৳300. Applicable once per week.

4.4 Friday Reload Offer

The baji8 live Friday Reload Offer gives a 25% bonus on one deposit every Friday, up to ৳6,000. Wagering is 15 times, with a minimum deposit of ৳300.

4.5 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are not given as cash — they cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirement is met.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• baji8 live reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses may only be used in specific games or sections designated for that bonus.

5.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and market are displayed on the platform. When using a bonus balance, bets may not exceed the limits set for that bonus.

5.2 Bet Outcomes and Disputes

baji8 live's decision is final in determining the outcome of all bets. If an incorrect result is shown due to a technical error, it will be corrected with the accurate result. For any dispute, contact us via live chat or email.

5.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, baji8 live may refund bets or determine outcomes in line with its standard rules. For cricket matches cancelled due to rain or poor light, if a result is determined by the DLS method, that result is final.

5.4 Fraud and Manipulation

If any member attempts to gain an advantage through fraud, bot use, software manipulation or any other unfair means, the account will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.

The baji8 live VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback applies at each tier, calculated as a fixed percentage of the net losses for the week.

6.1 Cashback Rates

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

6.2 Cashback Calculation

Cashback is calculated on net losses, which is total losses minus total winnings for the week. Example: a Gold tier member with ৳20,000 in net losses for the week receives ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback.

6.3 Tier Changes

VIP tiers may go up or down based on regular play and activity on the platform. Members will be notified of any tier change.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baji8 live:

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Opening multiple accounts or conducting transactions on another person's account
• Placing artificial bets or hedging with the intent to abuse bonuses
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error or bug in the platform
• Engaging in harassing behaviour toward other members
• Participating in money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment method

If any such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8.1 Closure at User Request

If you wish to close your account at any time, contact our support team via live chat or email. Before closing, withdraw any available balance from your account.

8.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension

baji8 live may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for breach of these Terms, suspicious activity or verification requirements.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive after a prolonged period of no activity. Users will be notified in advance.
